Acrylic Plastic Abrasive Grit
Acrylic plastic grit consists of ground and recycled particles of various sizes that find use in cleaning and paint removal operations. The advantage of using plastic grit in place of other abrasives is that it is non-toxic and will not damage most substrates, including aluminum, fiberglass, and dense hardwoods. Plastic grit will not harm coatings, gel-coats, or the delicate components on circuit boards. In addition, plastic grit itself can be recycled and used again and again.
